Text description provided by the architects. The house is located in the north of Buenos Aires, Argentina, in a suburban gated community. In the back of the lot, there is a navigable river communicating with the delta of De la Plata River. Uruguay can be reached from here. This is a remarkable feature of the site, as the water gives us the opportunity not only to practice water sports daily, but also to enjoy a unique view and landscape.
